Three men were arrested in Karwar for illegally possessing crude country-made bombs. The arrests are linked to a recent car explosion in Tumakuru that killed their cousin, Nagendra. The brothers, Narayan and Nagaraj Gowda, initially claimed the bombs were for fishing, but later admitted to hiding them after Nagendra's death. A third man, Sandeep Gowda, was also apprehended for supplying the explosives.
